Can I supply my own faucet or toilet and have you install it?+
Yes. We install customer-supplied fixtures. Just note that we cannot warranty parts you supply — only our labor. We're happy to recommend quality brands in your budget if you'd prefer we source the part.
My toilet runs constantly — is that a big repair?+
Usually not. A constantly running toilet is almost always a worn flapper, failed fill valve, or a float set too high. Parts cost $5–$30 and the repair typically takes under an hour. Left unfixed, a running toilet wastes 30–50 gallons of water per day.
How long does a garbage disposal installation take?+
A standard garbage disposal replacement takes about 30–60 minutes. A brand-new installation where no disposal existed before takes 1–2 hours and requires a dedicated electrical circuit.
My shower valve is hard to turn and leaks — can you fix it?+
Yes. Shower valve issues are usually worn cartridges or O-rings inside the valve body. We replace the cartridge without opening the wall in most cases. If the valve seat itself is damaged or corroded, a full valve replacement may be needed.

Absolutely. We handle all the plumbing rough-in and finish work for bathroom remodels — moving drain lines, capping supply lines, setting toilets and vanities, installing tub/shower systems, and hooking up all fixtures to code.
